When you enter their office, you are warmly greeted by the staff. The atmosphere is inviting, and the seating area is comfortable. There is usually a brief wait time, if any, to see the doctor, who is always pleasant upon walking into the exam room. He takes his time with you and explains things in a manner one can understand. In the event you should ever have an issue or need to reach them by phone they promptly return the call.

Dr. Gerber is one of the most caring physicians I have ever met. Prior to my surgery, he made sure I completely understood the procedure and all risks. There was no pressure in the office visit to hurry up as he took the time to make sure both my wife and I were completely satisfied, fully understood what to expect both during and post-op and that we had no further questions. In addition, he quickly answered questions I left on the portal. I gave Dr. Gerber the highest rating possible because he deserves that rating.
