Everyone is friendly and my grandmother's urinary health seems to be stable, although not improving. Dr. Chavin could stand to spend a little more time with the patient. His visits are a blur.

Dr Chavin is the epitome of medical humanism!!
In his presence, you feel cared for and confident in his encyclopedic medical knowledge.
Every up and coming medical student should be required to spend a month under his guidance.
The medical profession would be greater for it.

I am very greatful to have met Doctor Chavin and N.P. N. Holander.
They really took very good care of me and my situation which is currently controlled...
I can't remember everyone's name in the office but if I were to write each individuals name; I'm afraid that I may leave one's name out.
I must say that the entire staff are wonderful and professional. And the facility is very welcoming, relaxing and very comfortable.

Some of the tests and procedures are done right there so conveniently without having to go elsewhere...
Everyone is welcome to visit and get results to continue your life back to normalcy: the way you were designed...

Please give Dr. Grant Chavin office a call and tell them that I highly recommended them to you.

Dr. Chavin is great. But I had a hassle from a "triage nurse," and your internal system. Dr. Chavin said I needed a CT STAT, but your system's printout failed to show the STAT part. So I got a runaround from UChicago Ingalls. I spoke to the triage nurse, who told me I shouldn't abuse the word STAT. I wasn't. I was a medical writer for more than 30 years. I know what it means and what it means to abuse it.
I went back to your office to straighten this out. I was told this was sometimes a problem.
The receptionist printed out the order and wrote in large letters STAT.
The triage nurse called me back after she discovered she had made a mistake. Not exactly an apology.

She gives off a very calming atmosphere. She makes her patients relaxed. On the touchy subject. She is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful im explaining the proper procedure. In the use of the medication.
