The office is well managed. Very clean, although there were a lot of patients waiting at the time of my appointment. My appointment was on schedule with little wait time. The staff was efficient and very friendly.. Dr. Patel was very detailed in his review of my PSA results and what I should look for during the year before my appointment in 2027. Lastly, my appoint was scheduled today and my PSA order was provided also in advance of my appointment next year.
Dr. Patel was exceptional. After years of going back and forth between providers trying to understand why I continued to experience recurrent ruinary infections, he was able to explain the likely underlying pattern within the first few minutes of my appointment.
He listened closely to my full history, took my symptoms seriously, and connected pieces that had repeatedly been considered separately. He explained in a very clear and understandable way how chronic constipation, inadequate fluid intake, the close relationship between the bowel and urinary system, and possible difficulties with complete emptying can create conditions that contribute to recurrent urinary infections. His explanation felt like the missing puzzle piece and made years of symptoms finally make sense.
What impressed me most was that he did not stop at offering a theory. He immediately identified the specific testing needed to better characterize the bacteria and guide treatment testing I had previously researched and attempted to advocate for but had not been able to obtain. I had not mentioned that research to him; he independently recognized that it was the appropriate next step. He also developed a concrete treatment plan and provided a thoughtful referral to another specialist to address the underlying concerns. I was able to schedule that follow-up within minutes.
Dr. Patel was knowledgeable, affirming, thorough, and genuinely compassionate. He explained complex information in a straightforward way without being dismissive or making me feel rushed. After years of fragmented care, this was the first appointment in which I felt that someone understood the complete clinical picture and knew how to move forward. I left the visit feeling heard, relieved, and hopeful. I highly recommend him.

I was taken care of very quickly with very short wait time. The doctors’ assistant was very friendly and professional and Dr. Chavin very thorough and to the point regarding my health issues and what to expect in future. All my questions were answered throughly. The biopsy went very well and I felt hardly any pain, which I was expecting. Although it was my first visit with him I feel confident Dr. Chavin is the doctor who can offer me the best medical care I can expect for my needs.
