I cannot say enough good things about CarePatrol. My family was put in touch with CarePatrol when my father was hospitalized for dementia a year and a half ago. We started working with them to find assisted living for him, but he passed away while still in the hospital.
Fast-forward to last week. My 92-year-old mom was hospitalized, and we knew that we had to find assisted living for her before she was released. Rather than let her go to a nursing home as the hospital planned, I contacted CarePatrol...and Debbie and her team were on the case LITERALLY within minutes. They found my mother a wonderful assisted living home with caring people and friendly residents that was within my mom's budget. They were able to get her in and settled within two days.

Tanya and the CarePatrol team were fantastic to work with. They helped me find a great assisted living facility for my aunt. I live 15 hours away, so it was critical that I have someone near my aunt I could rely on. When you are in a desperate situation, as I was, Paula and Linda were right on top of things and got everything arranged and coordinated. They were the perfect, most helpful liaisons in finding the right facility. Trying to find a Skilled Nursing Facility to fit the needs of my mom was all new to me and has not been the easiest process. I was introduced to two gems, Debbie and Linda who made the process easier. I can’t express enough how appreciative I am for these two ladies. They made themselves available during the day or outside of working hours to answers questions. I was particular and had lots of demands. They moved with a sense of urgency at every turn and Debbie and I actually met up since we formed a bond while she was helping me search for a place for my mom. So glad I heard about CarePatrol! It's like having a real estate agent, but for senior living. It's so hard navigating all of the different places on your own. They guide you every step of the way.
