It was a great experience from beginning to end. The elder care arena is very hard to navigate. When I first reached out to Care Patrol I was overwhelmed and not sure where to start. Paula and her team were able to walk me through the process, find great senior living opportunities for my parents and help me pick the best one.

Caring and personal approach to our situation
My dad was diagnosed with a challenging disease in November of 2022. My family and I attempted to provide my dad with the proper support. However, we became to realize it was too much for our family and he needed to be in an environment that was skilled in supporting my dad's needs. We reached out to several organizations and companies for support.
We were never able to find companies that actually heard our desire for our loved one.
When introduced to your team, I immediately felt the attentiveness. While I am sure you all engage with many families, my family was made to feel that we were of a priority, and you had a genuine desire to support us during this time.
My family and I are truly grateful for you all and would highly recommend to future families.
I appreciated the quick response with assisted living options within mom’s price range. I also appreciated the quick availability to see & walk through the assisted living facilities.
Care Patrol has not yet done much so far. Next week I will see the plans for furniture placement in my new home.

Reaching out to CarePatrol for help when looking for an assisted living facility for my parents turned out to be the best decision I could have made. This was a three week period right before the holidays when both of my parents were hospitalized and unfortunately one passed away. It was a challenging time.
