The central Y has built a wonderful community and operates where no other gym survives in the downtown area. I really enjoy seeing the staff when heading in to the Y, and love the positive relationship they have with their members.
Very nice place to play raquetball and enjoy exersize with a friend.

I really like the Silver Sneakers class. I go to the chair yoga class and it’s a lot of fun. All the people I’ve met there are so friendly. And the instructor Deb, is lots of fun and so friendly and helpful.
Everyone I’ve met so far at the Y have been so nice.

As a senior, I take advantage of the exercise equipment and swimming. Although Lunch with the Doc's topics sound interesting, I haven't signed up yet. I did a few times before CoVid go to the stretch class with Carl, but that proves too vigorous. I didn't like the drumming thing because people made you feel bad if you got out of sync so I didn't return-- anyways that was less vigorous.
The Water Aerobics or Exercise - but I'm not happy it's not year-round. I actually already recommended my mom.
