I am 74 years old and I’ve had numerous surgeries. The different programs at the Y have enabled me to make speedy recoveries and get stronger than before. It’s kind of like a fountain of youth!

You wisely sealed the deep pool with good doors. Why are the doors to the outside propped open on both pools? Will this continue as the temperature drops to freezing?

Personally just don't get there much.

Open 7 days a week. Lots of machines. Walking track in gym.
Don't like that there are very few aerobic style and yoga classes.

I love the Y and the programs offered. I try to recruit my friends to join quite often. The main response is that it costs too much per month.

I've only used the lap pool. Clean and wonderful. Only feels kinda scarey getting to licker room.
