The staff at the Schaumburg location are excellent. Always very friendly and accommodating. Ready to help with any of the equipment and assist in improving your workout. Also, they are constantly cleaning the facility, it’s spotless.
It was very clean and well organized. It was my first time and it was very easy to do everything I wanted to do. I will 100% be recommending it to other people i know!

The only thing I really don't like about the gym is the music, they often play rock, music that causes more stress and leaves your mind disturbed.

The staff is welcoming, the place is clean, the equipment works. It's conveniently located. I do think the music is too loud and often outdated and obscure. More of a corporate issue than a local fitness center.
