What I don't like is that some people hog machines. This is frequently the case EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE NOT USING THEM!
Some people sit at a machine and just look at their cell phones. If I ask if I can use the machine, they typically say "NO." Sometimes, they are not even at the machine. As I am getting ready to use it, they come rushing up, and they say "You can't use this machine. I was not done with it yet."
The best way to use one's time in the gym is to move quickly from one machine to another. This gives one muscle group time to recover while working another muscle group.
It is a poor use of one's time in the gym to spend half the time idle, scrolling on your cell phone.
There are loads of signs saying "No Judgements", and "No criticism." That's fine. But it would be good if you had messages pointing out that the machines are shared, and that no one "owns" a machine. If you are not using a machine, and someone else wants to use it, let them. (All of this is rarely an issue if there are two machines of the same type. I just go to the other machine.)

Great staff, focused on a clean and friendly environment! Given the customer volume of this location, it would be great to have more duplicate equipment (e.g. smith machines, fly/delt machines).
