I just wanted to share a few words about my experience at this gym.
Since I come here every weekday morning, I can confidently say that I truly appreciate the consistent atmosphere. The front desk team is always friendly and attentive, and the facilities — including the bathrooms, locker rooms, and equipment — are kept clean on a regular basis.
Every morning gives me a boost of energy and positivity, not only from the workout itself but also from being around great people in such a motivating space. Thank you for creating a place that starts my day on the right foot! 😊💪🏼

This location is one of the better locations in the area. The equipment is much better than the location in Elk Grove and the front desk staff are very friendly.
All staffs are very kind and They deal and make up with problems very quickly. I never heard " wait, not our business or I don't know...." here.

I THINK THE HIGH SCHOOL KIDS SHOULD TIME THEY CAN GO TO THE GYM 9:00AM 3:00 or 4:00pm since they come free for the summer. I PAY MONTHLY TO USE THE GYM example yesterday I was there at 7:30pm it was packed every time I turned around 5 or 6 kids coming in
the last few weeks the gym is really looking clean and organized, keep up the good work. Carla and Oliver are very nice cooperative.
