I put in a custom cut order on a Thursday night that I needed to pick up Friday afternoon to take out of town. In my haste, I didn't realize there was a 1-3 business day turnaround and showed up at the shop Friday morning. Although the website clearly stated the turnaround, Kevin worked with me and the entire crew worked together to make it happen. I walked out of the store with it just in time! Very impressed with the operation and customer service-will be using them again.
