Staff was friendly and professional. Small order was pulled and waiting for me. The warehouse/dock workers greeted me with a smile pointed me to the office and had me loaded up by the time I finished paying for the materials.
I liked that i didn't need to buy in bulk. I needed a pole for my closet cause the wooden one i had got from Lowe's had broke. Issac helped me out. The solid pole i wanted, he told me probably would be too heavy, and it was. It would brought the house down 🤣🤣. Issac got me the pole I needed, diameter and length. I will be recommending and using you guys in the future. Thank you.

Easy website to navigate and place an order. Prices for the metal was reasonable considered to others seen in the market. At the facility, I was quickly processed and they helped with the loading on to my truck. For a DIY person will definately use again in the future for my metal needs. Only downside is it was a 160 mile roundtrip drive to get to the closet store, but I go to that town often, so not that big of an issue.
I like the fact that I can order pieces cut, and they are pretty precisely cut. You have a wide selection of metal and filled my order out quite promptly

The store is easily accessible, parking is no problem, and it is close to places I already go, unlike Sun Valley or Pacoima locations of other such places. The staff is friendly, I can wander around and pick out what I need without being kept out due to "insurance regulations". Very happy to have found this place!
