The Richmond Va location has a GREAT staff. They are all knowledgeable and friendly. The products are always quickly available. Prices are competitive. In one instance, I was ordering a pretty odd piece and the staff at our Richmond. Location went through some pretty interesting hoops to get it for me, and get it quickly. I was really impressed.

Quick and easy to get online pricing and order it and then go pick it up. Wasn't sure about the efficiency on the shipping so I didn't select that option but I live close enough that they offered free shipping so I think I will try that in the future because it seems very convient.
I needed two sheets of stainless steel cut from my beer fridge. You would think I was ordering 100,000 units. They treated me like I was their largest supplier!

I checked 5 stores around Salt Lake and utah County. You guys were the only ones that could help me get the special pieces I needed. Sourced stainess steel tubing, and helped me get special pieces bent and cut to spec.
