Pam is the best (Kent/Seattle location), very responsive, and good to work with. I started using MSM online and found orders were slow and would get lost. I talked to Pam, and she said to call and order directly, a better, faster product, and possibly cheaper because pricing online is an average of all stores.

I liked that i didn't need to buy in bulk. I needed a pole for my closet cause the wooden one i had got from Lowe's had broke. Issac helped me out. The solid pole i wanted, he told me probably would be too heavy, and it was. It would brought the house down 🤣🤣. Issac got me the pole I needed, diameter and length.
