Service has been great but needed to experiment a bit to find the provider that worked best for me. Do not find the use of an account to book appointments helpful at all. Never lets me complete the booking and must go in as a guest.

When I went in to get a haircut and asked for a "bro flow", they told me I already had the hair to create the style and didn't need a haircut. They showed me how to style it. A barber shop that will tell you you don't need a haircut is worth its weight in gold.
Months later, I returned to finally cut all my long hair off. Cici accommodated me even though I was late, I showed her a picture of a haircut and she matched it perfectly! Best haircut I've ever gotten.

I love the Long Beach location. Everyone is so nice, place is always clean and Rosie is the absolute best! I come from Monterey Park all the way to the Long Beach location because everyone is the best.
The Pasadena location is terrible. People ignored me when I had questions walking in and wanted to charge me more.
