Appointments are easy to make, descriptions of stylists’ skills and areas of expertise are helpful, appointments start on time (and there’s a little grace if you’re running a bit late to your own), consistent great cuts, clean and orderly environment with good music, no strong upselling on product, but they will make recommendations if need some. Staff and stylists are all pleasant to interact with.

I wasn't exactly thrilled with my haircut.This time selena always has a good job.And I had kind of chopped on my hair before, so I know she was making it just trying to make it even but I just didn't like the final product.I will in a couple weeks though.When it gets to the right length
