Ashely is amazing. Very personable and took time and attention even at the end of the day to make sure I had a great experience. Not sure about the receptionist, she seemed off and unaware of her surroundings. The barber staff all seemed genuinely excited to help people but might want to rethink the receptions situation. Not going to give a bad score for that though. I’ll be back to see Ashley!
Brio was great at helping me create a plan for growing my hair out and giving me a great cut. His station was clean and he was very personable. I always have a great experience at Floyd’s and will be coming back to see Brio.

First time visit with Sabrina. Very impressed. Her movements were precise and well practiced. I could tell I was in the hands of a true professional. Her scissors were so sharp I could not feel them cut my hair. I greatly appreciated not having to engage in chit chat. Quite possibly the best hair cut experience I’ve ever had.

The person who cut my son‘s hair did an amazing job. He was unsure of the cut that he wanted so she talked to him about it along the way to make sure that the length was correct. I have a 17-year-old and he said she was nice. From my chair in the lobby, I could hear him talking with her. We’ve always had great experiences at Floyd’s. This one was amazing for this mom and more importantly, my son loves his hair.
