I've been with Floyd's since the first shop on Broadway, so almost 30 years across 3 states including AZ, CA and here. I've only had 3 bad haircuts in that time, so that speaks highly of your barbers/stylists, but your pricing is reaching kookoo levels. Do you really need to make your grooming products appear like the competitors products in size but give less and charge the same? Does a haircut need to be $36 for a loyal customer? I think you must have taken on investors that demand ridiculous profit when you could start offering back some things to your clients. I'm sure you can see who I normally book with for either myself or my family. It's time to lower prices, your stores aren't busy enough.
Natasha’s been cutting my hair for about a year now and she’s been great every time. What I appreciate most is that she doesn’t need a lot of prompting or over-explaining to understand what I’m going for. She listens, pays attention to the details and consistently gives me a clean cut that looks sharp.
She’s reliable, professional and clearly takes pride in her work. I’ve always felt comfortable trusting her judgment because she knows what she’s doing and she’s consistent with the results. It’s hard to find someone who can give you the look you want without needing to micromanage the whole cut, but Natasha does that well.
I always leave happy with the haircut and I’d definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a skilled barber who’s easy to work with and takes care of her clients.
I thought he did a great job on the haircut. One thing that surprised me was he took an electric shaver and shaved my side burns. They were already number 0 from the cut, I didn't care it took a day for them to grow back but excellent fade.
