Freddy in particular does an excellent job — he listens, pays attention to detail, and delivers a clean, sharp haircut every time. Ally walks you exactly through what she’s doing as she does it which creates a lot of trust to be able to get the hair cut you want. She’s also very friendly, great to have conversations with, and loves cutting hair because it’s her passion.
Service was great, stylist gave suggestions that worked very well. Overall one of my favorite cuts would recommend her if asked!

They’re very kind and gave a lot of patience to my son. My son loves going to Floyd’s ever since his first hair cut. We always had a bad experience at other shops, we trust & would rather go to Floyd’s all the time now, no matter how far the drive is.

The first barber I worked with was not doing a good job on my hair. And her speaking and understanding English was an issue. The barber and the chair next to me and proceeded and told me she would take care of it and she did an excellent job. I was more than satisfied with the results.

Great service, was able to articulate and receive exactly what I wanted for my cut. Stylist is consistent and over time remembers my preferences. Reception is friendly and communicates when reschedules need to happen (infrequent)

Everyone is very friendly, particularly my stylists - Jennifer and Cassie! The products are great, and I have been happy with my shampoo and conditioner that I am using for my newly bald head.
