We love Michael. He always treats my 10-year old son with kindness and respect. I love to see that relationship and how he talks to him. I wanted my son to start taking over the monthly maintenance/upkeep of his hair, and Michael has been a big part of that in the way he addresses him (and not me) allowing for him to advocate for what he wants. As far as the cut, he takes his time and shows a lot of attention to detail. We appreciate him.
