shelby was very kind and very attentive. she listened to my concerns about my hair and cut it with low maintenance in mind which i really appreciated because of my chronic pain. so now i get to look cute and have a sick shag without worrying about overdoing it and hurting myself!! i also liked this thickening spray she used
