My last appointment initially did not start off well because I had a 9am appointment and the barber I selected was 15mins late without any reason. I was fortunate someone was able to assist me. I like the services because of the appointment system and how the shops stay on schedule with scheduled appointments. Other than my last appointment, I like the services.
Everything about my visit was fantastic, especially my barber, Erika—she was outstanding! I came in for a simple beard cut and left looking like a GQ model. There’s no question that I will be returning to this Floyd’s location because of her. Very satisfied customer!
