Chelsea has been my barber for years. We would see here at the Glendale location. Unfortunately they closed that one down and she moved to the Scottsdale location. Ive been so happy with her as a baber and my son has been happy with her as his hair stylist that regardless of where she sets up shop we will make the trip just to see her for our needs. Floyd's has a great atmosphere, very kind employees and very nice shops. As long as Chelsea is there my son and i will be too

Daniella was very friendly and easy to talk to! I haven’t done anything to my hair since getting pregnant/ having my baby- since I’m postpartum, my hair has been falling out and thinning. She made my hair come back to life and look more thicker/ fuller, giving me a boost of confidence! I’m so thankful for Daniella and how much of an awesome job she did with my hair! :)

Hard to express. I felt seen by my technician. I felt that he genuinely wanted me to look good- but he also seemed to want me to feel good about the way I look too. Very kind. The franchise script of services were nice without being too much or taking too much time. The logistics were totally efficient- from availability and online booking to me getting lost and calling for guidance to payment.
