How easy it is to book services online. If you book with the same person, they get to know you and what you like or don’t like.
My status was knowledgeable. It was easy to book an appointment. You have a lot of timeslots it was convenient. The stylist fixed up a crooked haircut layers that were all crazy. It looked like I cut it myself, but she really did a good job. I had to go shorter, but at least I have a style now and it’s cute and I’ll grow out nicely.
