I am eldetly, not in good health, but I donot look sickley and where I use to live the available stylist were not very kind when I had to reschedule a hair appt. Due to a Dr.s or lab appt. I did not have other choices and that treatment made me feel just terrible!!! BUT, that was not the case at Floyds in Tustin--The manager was efficient, kind and knowledge. The stylist was very, very kind, and very, very adept, creative. The stylist cut my hair so well and I walked out of the shop feeling so happy, looking so stylish and my NEXT appt. In hand. I love Floyds people, products and services. THANK YOU !!!!

I like the friendly people there and the consistency as once I find a stylist, I like to keep them till the end as they remember or take notes on how I like my haircuts.
