I had a really good experience at Floyd’s. I was kinda nervous going in since it was my first time getting my hair dyed, but Alex made it super easy and comfortable. She talked me through everything and made sure I was good the whole time.
Honestly, the results came out way better than I expected. I’ve been getting a lot of compliments since, which says a lot. Definitely glad I trusted her with it. I highly recommend Alex if you’re thinking about trying something new with your hair
