I booked services for my mom and myself. My mom worked with Rockell and she was very happy with her cut and the experience. I’m sorry I don’t have more to share but she said Rockell was great.
I worked with Destiny and I had an amazing experience. Destiny took the time to understand what I was looking to do with my hair, gave me honest feedback about the options I brought, and gave me the time to make adjustments during the cut. I’m very pleased with how everything went and my hair looks great. I often feel rushed during haircuts, even at other Floyd’s locations, but Destiny made me feel comfortable and like my input mattered. This is not my usual Floyd’s location, but I’ll happily go out of my way to come back to here again.
