Good communication, staff always seem to go that extra mile.....I must admit I did stop at one of your competitors recently (because I was going past), but aside from the minimum order issue, they were slightly abrupt and I felt I had somehow "put them out" by arriving at the front counter. I won't make that mistake again !!
