Couldn't have been happier with the service or the item. Chap on the front desk was really quick to process my order and did so with great customer service. My freshly cut metal took about 10 minutes and I was really pleased with how it came out.

The staff will help with practical needs, e.g. mitre cuts of sections, wrapping the product for easier transport, etc. (all of which are incredibly important)
Great service! Very pleasant and kindly staff at Park Royal. I got a good discount on offcuts. The only complaint I have is that the cutting charges are a bit steep compared with the cost of the materials.
You can buy as much or as little as you need, at a fair price. Its cut to size and wrapped for transport, so the whole process is quick, clean and easy.

The fact you can just turn up and most items are in stock on shelf,I called in off spec for alloy floor plate,
Gave my cut sizes & cost at counter,was told that there maybe a wait due to incoming goods but only 40 mins,that was fine with me I went sat in my car...
Then after 15 - 20 mins the guy who took my order walked over to the car with my Cut sized sheets and fed the into my open boot and said " there you go "
We fitted them in....
