Recently we needed to move and replace out propane tanks at our remote camp in Pittsburgh. We also added a propane refrigerator. Stiles service tech met us prior to the move, made reccomendations where the tanks should go as well as cleaning our propane heater, fixing a lantern and adding a shut-off valve for our stove. We scheduled the replacement shortly after that and the whole crew came up moved and replaced and filled tanks. Connected new refrigerator with necessary shutoff and tested everything. The crew was wonderful!! We have been customers for over 20 years and highly recommend Stiles for ALL propane services. Our road can be a challenge but we can always depend on them and not running out of propane. Thanks folks!!!

The technicians were very professional. They came within the timeframe of the appointment. They worked in the pouring rain to install a new propane tank and then spent at least 45 minutes adjusting two of the burners on the stove, ensuring that they were working properly before they left. Very friendly and courteous. Would recommend without hesitation.

Very nice, and polite employees, very accommodating to make appointments when we need service.
Very responsive, we called about a smell of propane, and they were there immediately and thoroughly checked the fireplaces and heater. The tech was extremely helpful and went over everything with me patiently. Thank you!

I can’t say enough about Dawn Gendron. I was replacing the tanks for a small camp and I was treated like I was your most important customer. Dawn was amazing and made the whole experience enjoyable. She made the process easy and every time I called or sent a message through email she was quick to respond. It was so refreshing to receive exemplary customer service when in reality I am a just small time customer who might need to get the tank filled once every few years.

My only complaint is that I can’t have this company deliver 100 gallons. The lowest is 150 gallons. With prices as they are we should be allowed to order 100 gallons at a time
The office workers and delivery drivers are always very courteous and friendly. In addition, the fuel prices are very competitive.
