As far as service I wouldn't change my rating at all. We used Errol Oil till Stiles bought them out. Our forever home now, was our camp till a year ago when we took up permanent residence. Since 2007 we have per-bought our propane and if we couldn't get here for a couple of weeks during the winter, there were no worries.I cannot say enough good things about the service from whom answers the phone when I'm wondering about a delivery to our delivery person. Our delivery gentleman Shannon always checks on us for propane when he's in the area, were a bit remote. We couldn't ask for better service...just lower prices. LOL You have a great crew and team

Staff, technicians, and delivery drivers are top notch. I like the trust that the folks in the north country have towards people from away. I hope being bought out by the big boys doesn't change that culture.

Automatic delivery so that I don't have to worry about it. I do anyway however Stiles is always one step ahead of me. And because of their knowledge and commitment, I always have a hot shower when I take one because they never let my tank run dry. Last winter was my first winter here and the ceilings are very high. Stiles gave me tips in order to keep the cost and usage of fuel low throughout the season so that it was affordable. This was extremely helpful as I live alone and only have one income. Thanks Stiles
