The people are very professional and easy to work with! I was hoping, when Styles was bought by a larger company, that nothing would change and so far nothing has. Keep up the good work, don't fall victim to large company policies and politics. We have enough of that in our daily lives already. I had the honor of running a company which employed 200+ employees in three (3) countries and I always tried to keep an atmosphere of a family run company. I like to think that my employees knew me and I new them, I believe that's why I had very few employees leave.

We have never had a problem with timely delivery and to us that is very important and certainly appreciated.
The only issue I have is that I received an invoice in the mail yesterday (10/24) that said if I pay this invoice by 10/23 I can take a discount. It would be nice to receive the invoice timely so I can take advantage of the discount.
I am sure I can resolve this with your upgraded portal.
