Delivery people are great !!
We have never had a problem with timely delivery and to us that is very important and certainly appreciated.
The only issue I have is that I received an invoice in the mail yesterday (10/24) that said if I pay this invoice by 10/23 I can take a discount. It would be nice to receive the invoice timely so I can take advantage of the discount.
I am sure I can resolve this with your upgraded portal.
You deliver heating oil and petroleum before we run out. You always reply to phone calls
and answer questions or requests. The 10% reduction for prompt payment is helpful.

I have propane delivered. The deliveries are timely, the drivers are courteous, and always leave my delivery ticket on my porch in my door. I appreciate their exceptionally good customer service. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a fuel provider
Stiles has always been professional, reliable, never worry about running out of fuel. 24 hour emergency service is fast and efficient. Don’t use much propane and didn’t pay attention to the tank running low, made a special delivery at no extra charge at Thanksgiving. Have always been pleased with the service.
