Not really much to say, other than an easy experience. All metal is expensive now, and the prices are comparable to other suppliers. Ordering from the website was easy and completion of my order was done within a couple of days. Pickup was simple... just show up and provide a copy of your notification email, and they bring the material out to you.
I would recommend them to others, but I honestly don't know anyone local who has a need for raw metal materials. If I did, I'd have no hesitancy to make a recommendation to them. I'll certainly be a repeat customer the next time I need material.

Metal Supermarkets is an amazing business. Most metal suppliers want you to buy the entire length of the material you need. Not at M S, you buy exactly what you need cut to your length needed for your project. No wasted material and no wasted cost. Some of my projects need custom bends. At M S, they are more than willing to custom bend any material that needs to be bent. All the guys from sales to material handlers have been very professional, very polite and a pleasure to work with.

The metal my be slightly more expensive, but the condition and quality of the steel is far superior.. It save my labor time not having to get rid of the rust and scale. I get the lengths I want and when I can we go.through the gems to help.clean up there inventory.. I am a small buyer so it works well for me. The people are great to work with and they are courteous and professional. My only issue is they are a 250 mile round trip.
