The Metal Supermarket has been great on pricing and getting material we need in odd sizes that we can't easily get from other sources (or would be prohibitive because of shipping instead of us picking it up).
The team is great about labeling my orders with my name and the name of my fabricator who is often picking the stuff up.
The predictions of when my order will be done is often spot on, typically being ready on the early-side of the range. Rarely, very rarely, it's on the outside day. My last order I had received the email that my order was ready to be picked up about ten minutes after the shop was closed for the day (and, if I recall, the weekend as it was a Friday). That is an outlier, not the norm.
