Walter and Stephen in the Providence/Warwick branch were excellent to deal with sourcing some pipe for a solar ground mount. I was able to pass along the specs for what I needed and they pretty much handled the rest including coordinating the delivery to the jobsite. Responses were prompt and everything moved quickly - can't ask for much more.
I think your customer service at least in calgary is great. I've gotten into more metal working/welding in the last 5 years and the patience and help from your staff really made that possible. I know your products are more expensive than if I went wholesale or to a larger business that deals on scales that i could potentially manage, but that price difference is made up for in customer service. I facilitate students who often work in metal and send them to you guys because i know you'll be patient and friendly to them.
The only hiccup I've ever had was with the website. I live in a rural town and drive into calgary to pick up orders, the website shows items that are in stock like across canada and not specifically calgary. i drove in to pickup my order that said it was ready and was missing a few pieces becuase they were coming from ontario. i've learned to just call calgary to confirm what they have in stock but it was frustrating.
