The fact that there is a big variety of metal and that they are located a few minutes from our shop.
They understood what i was looking for, and although it wasn’t a stocked item, it was ordered and ready for pick up in a couple of days.
First after entering the facilities, the men at the desk was very attentive and courteous. They listen to what I needed, wn made recommendations that met my needs. Given me the correct material needed to complete my project.

I came in just before closing with a rather general request for a modest length cut-off of 3-4" square tubing. The manager went into the back for a few minutes can came out with exactly what I was looking for. It cost me less than the fuel to drive across town and back. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to go out of their way at closing time for a minor sale. Can't ask for much more than that!
