I liked the call with the estimate on repairs and request to proceed. I wish a time estimate was provided during the call. I suppose the time to repair was correct, but I didn't know how long it would be.

Store is clean and easy to navigate. The are no dirty tools and broken bikes blocking the way.

I did go to the bike sales store first, I am unclear if clear directions are available online that make the distinction between sales and repair.
