They have a wide selection of potential electric bike brands that you can try out right then and there. There is NO pressure to buy a specific brand. Honest about the pros and cons of each bike. They try to fit you to the right one for you...almost like shoes. Very knowledgeable about how to operate each different one.
Their service is quick and efficient. There is a wide selection of seats, helmets, locks, mirrors, and racks.
Good people. Good selection. Good price.

Great bike shop with knowledgable employees.

Great bike knowledge. Michael was extremely helpful in helping me pick out my first ebike. He listened to my requirements and we eventually ordered a bike that's been just what I wanted. He was also helpful in reconfiguring my road bike! The whole team is very professional with top quality bikes and repair people. While there are much closer shop ( it takes me about 35 minutes to get to Voltaire) , I prefer Voltaire and highly recommend them.
