Friendly staff … great recommendations
My MOVO ebike was bought at Voltaire's last year. It was sold to me 3 weeks ago and after the first ride the electric components failed. While I thought the worst - that the battery had failed - I brought it in to the shop. It took 10 days because of the backlog for them to look at it but they fixed in in a flash by resetting the battery. (They did this by holding the button on the battery that shows how much of charge there is). So they didn't even charge me for that - which they could have done if they were less than honest. So I now have reason to trust this service department and can recommend it to others. I wish I had a technical manual for the bike that explains how the electrical system works including battery, motor, wiring and display.
