Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Ease of access to the facility is good. Automatic doors are nice too for several reasons. I love Pickleball and swimming as my new activities. I look forward to building in the Fitness Center eventually.
I like the watering station, and I especially love the prayer room that can be used by anyone. I'm Muslim and I've used it before and was very grateful as I continued on with my day.

I love the childcare option for those who need it. I like the puzzle set up in the hallway for various reasons.
Two issues of concerns:
Blacks are not depicted well on the walls. Where are the Black Christian soldiers of Indiana? Where are the black Christian professionals in Indy? The pics of local residents doesn't due black folks contributions to Indy justice.
The curtain needs to go level to the floor or a barrier needs to be put in place when playing Pickleball. The ball will go under the curtain and can harm someone who doesn't see it coming. Protect us, protect the YMCA.
I like the flexibility of being able to use weight machines and free weights. Also I like the programs for my girls like basketball.
Walking track and workout area.
I like the water aerobics classes.
Lots of activities offered and love the indoor walking opportunity with the change in weather coming soon.

Pool has better availability than my normal YMCA center - fewer mechanical problems.

Donna's water exercise class is excellent.
I like that everyone there are nice, and friendly. Great programs and schedules are very available to whoever signs up. Also, the timing works out well for seniors and disabled people.
Organized exercise programs, I take silver sneakers class, and our instructor Pam is amazing! She welcomes everyone and has patience with those that need it! All of the Staff is friendly and welcoming every time I visit.
