There are a lot of programs, and I need to get myself better informed about them. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the place is pretty clean. I used to go to LA Fitness. Can't remember any casual conversations with any of the staff, and the men's locker room was always dirty. The Y has a much more pleasant atmosphere and attitude. I wish the water pressure and shower heads were better, but they work. Really like the 2 curtain shower area with the little bench. Very nice overall.

The group swim lessons are great and allows my son and I to meet new people. I also like the open swim so that we both can get in the water and enjoy ourselves.

I love e-gym! And the personal trainers are helpful. The facilities are nice.
I like programming options offered, but wish communications about them and follow through would be better ( for example 8 week weight loss, women on weights most recently).
