A lot to offer
I have been exercising at the Jordan YMCA for nearly 11 years. The facility is always clean, organized, and welcoming. I have made numerous social connections at the Y, and I look forward to each visit.
I only use for the swimming pools….I am a lap swimmer.

The reason we love the Jordan Y the most is the childrens' programs, specifically Play & Learn. The whole team is kind and helpful, and genuinely care for our son - it has been a beautiful way for him to engage in the community and we are so grateful.
Professional and polite staff
Great child care!! I choose to double my drive to this location because the staff is so great with my baby! They are patient, attentive and always communicate well with how she did. They are also just very friendly. Kat does a great job!

We are deeply sorry that competitive swimming program has been terminated. But other than that we love YMCA and what it stands for. THANK YOU.

Play and learn! Without childcare I wouldn’t be able to give myself the time to stay healthy or take a moment for myself. Everyone at play and learn has been so kind and sweet to my children. Miss Kate is the best and we love playing with her!

Open swim in the outdoors pool !
Good variety and instructors. Love the gym and ease of entering and leaving the building.
However, lots of issues with the pool. Closures b/c of chemical issues on very hot days, slide and baby pool often not open. Stormy days w/o knowing whether the pool would open again later. Back gate usually open, but not always. Pool communication in general. Lining of indoor pool very disturbing - and not great after new installation, was already showing signs of loosening.
Also swim lessons for young children were full so we could not sign up, and yet we saw very few students in the classes as we attended open swim. We would like to have joined in.

I mostly use the pool, which I love, but I like the people who work there- the aquatics director, the front staff, Jayne at the desk, the membership people, everyone is especially helpful and friendly. Great atmosphere.
