I work on my own now with a trainer. Like the hours available and ability to go in on my schedule. Trainers at Jordan Y are excellent.
I just use the treadmills, and you have a lot of them!
Love the space and facilities in the workout room. There are always treadmills, stationary bikes and elliptical machines available. There is a fantastic variety of weight stations and equipment so that I never have to wait.
I have not yet taken advantage of the classes or personal training.
There seem to be group classes for every skill and energy level.
