I really like that the pool is open early (5:15a) M-F. It allows me to swim before work. Thanks!

Informative and the exercises are geared towards our age group(Silver Sneakers and Chair Yoga).

I work on my own now with a trainer. Like the hours available and ability to go in on my schedule. Trainers at Jordan Y are excellent.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

Love the space and facilities in the workout room. There are always treadmills, stationary bikes and elliptical machines available. There is a fantastic variety of weight stations and equipment so that I never have to wait.
I have not yet taken advantage of the classes or personal training.

The girls basketball program is great so far! My daughter is having a lot of fun and learning a lot.

I like the wonderful staff, excellent chair yoga, the library open to the public, the programs for diabetes prevention and blood pressure, etc. I especially like Marcia Ford and Mary Anna Hunt.
