I love water aerobics for arthritis classes. They have helped my arthritis and lowered my blood pressure. Everyone at Jordan is so friendly, so it makes visiting more enjoyable.

Although I have not participated in them I know there is a good variety of instruction for all levels of members physical endurance.

I have witnessed instructors both in one on one training but also in group settings and they were dedicated and professional

i do like your variety of offerings...right now will just be swimming since i am in between two surgeries.

Grant is doing a great job. Volunteer coaches are doing their best (3 year old are tough!)

I love working out at the Joran Y! It's never too crowded and the aerobic machines I like to use are always available--except for the abdominal crunch weight machine (there's only one)!

What do you like about our programs and activities?

There's always a variety of activities for varying fitness levels. Also, staff is consistently kind and welcoming. Highly recommend the Y, but especially the Jordan location, for its great friendly staff, clean facilities and diverse offerings.
