I attend 2 classes at the Y, one with an instructor present and one by Les Mills. I like the in person instructor better
Plenty of variety
There are varied programs for individuals or if couples want to work out together, they can do that. I happen to enjoy using the weight room three days a week.
I enjoy being able to do water aerobics at least 5 days a week. I enjoy the AOA lunch and learn sessions.
The facilities are very good. Linda D is a fabulous teacher who makes it fun and the time goes fast in my AOA Water aerobics class. The attendance is a testament to Linda, for sure.
The locker rooms are good and all we need.
Lifeguards and individuals at the front desk are always kind and helpful…
They have great instructors for the lap pool and good times for the programs.

I like the swimming lessons with Wayne. He has taught me how to swim. I'm glad I do private lessons with him. I feel comfortable in the water. I enjoy his teaching.

Swimming classes
The young people do a great job working with the kids.
Uriah is aaaamazing. My preteen and teen enjoys his teaching very much. He is patient, kind, and knowledgeable. I have no complaints😊
Clean friendly lots of programs
I am concern about the virtual Chair Yoga Classes during the summer. We need a person yoga instructor for these classes. Please help find a person to do chair yoga classes during the summer. Thank you.
I can find something that fits my needs - appropriate activity level, good schedule.
I have only participated in the evening water aerobics. Kristin and Kyle are both good at keeping things moving and providing a good workout, but I give an extra kudo to Dawn. She also makes the class laugh, which brings the group together. She really enjoys doing this, and her enthusiasm shows.
There seemed to be an issue with several things having an out of order sign on them in the women's locker room each week I went in, but that seems to be getting better so far.

The water aerobics classes are very helpful whenever you have sore joints. It is a great way to stay active and be aggressive and still not hurt yourself
