Do not use those

I was not a individual that liked to exercise. I know the welcoming and kind people I have met are the reason I return. I take the senior fit classes. I take the Boom classes and the Golden Zumba. Instructors, like Holly, make the classes non threatening. I know I fell little anxious to start anything new, but to start exercising and letting others see you move is a difficult thought to overcome. I do not feel there is judgement from individuals. The fellowship and smiles you see make your days a bit more happy. We can use more joy!

Pool is perfect temperature! Lots of wonderful classes. Gym equipment is modern and nice to use.

I enjoy the cardio classes specifically zumba. I wish the was a yoga/pilates class offered that wasn't an additional cost.

The chair Yoga and aqua Mobility classes with Liz are fantastic.
The water Aerobics classes are good. However, the therapy pool water is far too warm.

Avaliable more than once a week. Personal attention. Focus on seniors. Usually the cost is included in membership.
