What do you like about our programs and activities?

Love the lifeguards and swim coaches. We are in the parent/infant class and would love to continue to attend the YMCA for future classes. The children’s pool has also been very warm (appropriate for our baby).

Love the high intensity water aerobics. BOOM and Zumba gold is perfect for me. I enjoy the members and sense of community with the AOA group.

We normally just go into the gym to workout. The gym is well equipped and clean. There are some activities we may be interested in at some point.

I like the Yoga class on Tuesdays. Liz is a great instructor and she is easy to follow and keeps us from overdoing things so we don’t get hurt. Wonderful work out!
Also like the Halloween Event and also the Grinch Breakfast!
