What do you like about our programs and activities?

For the most part, facilities are available to me at convenient hours for the activities I want to participate. Being part of the Renew Active program allows the cost to be minimal.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I like the cleanliness and non-judge mental feel. The weight/cardio room has lots of options and provides a good workout. I do enjoy some of the classes that are available. And I love that my 11 year old twins are able to also work out with me when we all come to the Y.

So far I’m just doing water aerobics which I enjoy very much and I feel much better when I do the classes on a regular basis.

I enjoy the live classes and the camaraderie it provides. The instructors are great too! I also enjoy having the option of the virtual classes to fit my schedule.
