Love Silver Sneakers for exercise and the meeting new friends.
We have limited social programs. We used to have table games once a month, and holiday pitch-ins which were fun.
All the instructors are great. each with their own style. Lots of nice people to socialize with. Many good programs and friendly atmosphere

Water aerobics
Well Organized, good at letting all the kids participate in each position of the game. Made it fun and exciting for the kids.
They are very inclusive
Anyone can find something to do at the Y - group exercise, individual exercise, classes, dance, swimming. It is easy to try something out and see if you like it without additional cost committments
I love aqua aerobics. It has helped my sciatica and back problems immensely! Also I have met so many nice people, not only Delores and Berry at the front desk, but my instructors and other participants as well.

I attend Silver Sneakers classes and the diabetes prevention class, along with walking on the treadmill. Not only is the exercise good for my health, but the social aspect is just as important. I've made many good friends, and a group of us gather for lunch monthly.

I love Dodi Morgan’s Strength & Endurance. I suggested she increase the time of her class. This week I learned the Y has decided to increase the length of her class by 15 minutes. My thanks to you for listening. Name removed
Swimming pool
Kris is a terrific instructor who is very encouraging and shows me correct form when I ask her. I love that 5:15 BodyPump is a real community of people who get to know you and check in when you can’t come. Last week I did Dale’s ab class and I will definitely return to that. The spinning class is a great cardio class and I’m still building up my endurance for that. BodyFlow has helped me to not just “do” but “be”. I spend 20-30 minutes in the sauna every time I’m at the Y and have noticed great results from that. The e-gym was a great start for strength training. Can you tell I love the Y?!?!
I enjoy the silver sneakers workouts. Carolyn is fantastic. I haven't been in a class led by Margy yet.
I also appreciate how having the 11am and 12pm choice has opened up the field so I can get in the class.
The wellness center is a dream.

Love the water aerobics classes. It has improved my balance, overall strength, endurance and coordination. Granted it was not easy to do. Lots of hard work was needed. Received a lot of encouragement from the instructors. They are all awesome!
