Everyone is soooo friendly. I look forward to everything I participate in. Instructors are knowledgeable and are great with explanations on why they are teaching a certain way.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

The workout room with all the exercise equipment is usually not busy from 10:00 to 11:00 and from 1:30 to 3:30. It is very old-people friendly, with 50's and 60's music over the PA system that is geared toward us older folks. The staff members are always friendly and helpful!!

I like that the people are friendly and the staff is reasonable. There are enough time slots for different activities.
For the most part the facilities are clean and kept up.

The people are wonderful! Many choices! One good thing that came out of Covid is more water aerobic class options - one of my favorite things. I just LOVE the Y.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I really enjoy the group exercise classes and the virtual Body Pump class. I really like the new Body Pump instructor, Esther-she is super!
I am wondering why the cost of purchasing a pass for the little play area for small children went from $7 to $15? That is quite a steep increase. Any feedback on that would be appreciated.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I really enjoy the swimming aerobics. Daniel was great at explaining how to use the equipment upstairs. The hot tub soothes my body and soul. I have met several new friends. I feel better when I work out.
