Overall I am pleased with the experience my granddaughter has gotten from your progam. I like the fact that she gets lesson throughout the year, rather than just the summer.
I think your instructors, while very good, struggle with dealing with so many students, different levels of ability, and restricted lane space. There have many times that students have run into each other because they are going in different directions. This issue applies to the swim teams at well.
My granddaughter loves swimming and looks forward to coming for swim practice and swim lessons.
I have appreciated being able to address my concerns with Ashley and receiving a timely response from her. I also realize some of the issues I have mentioned are a challenge to fix.

The receptionist was very thorough and kind, a good listener for my individual needs. I have only experienced Zumba Gold. Lisa was very good to lead and pull the class together. I have been doing Zumba for several years and this class is challenging. I look forward to our new chapter living in Greenwood and using Baxter.
My husband prefers using the machines for strength training. He also feels Baxter is a good fit for him.
I'm taking the water arthritis class and it has helped me with my knee pain a lot

The staffing a ratios during swim class to keep all children safe. I love the patience and attentiveness the staff have with the students in their care.
There’s a wide variety of classes to choose from. The instructors for the most part are friendly and encouraging. Would like to see yoga and Pilates classes added. Taking private yoga now and love it.

Baxter Y’s facilities are clean and well kept. Employees are very friendly and helpful. It is a pleasure to be there.

I love love LOVE the trainers at small group training! They are knowledgeable caring and friendly and fun! I like how I’m challenged to try a bit heavier weights. They are truly the greatest! I’m very glad I made the switch from another great gym to the Y for SGT.
