I enjoy using the exercise equipment. I plan to take some classes in the future.

I love that it is a Christian based family org. I also appreciate how so clean including the exercise equipment and the building.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I play beginners pickleball and everyone is so nice and helpful.
Strength and endurance the instructors are great, showing modifications for all sets. It would be nice if they all wore a mic.
The big plus for me would be the people everyone is so nice and friendly.
