We enjoy the friendly family environment where we can better our health and skills. Nearly our entire family is enrolled in Taekwondo with Mr Burgess and we can already see positive changes in ourselves. We also like how easy it is to manage our account and enroll in different programs at the Y.

Great exercise and you meet great people!
I am elderly and some kinds of exercise are difficult for me. I have found water aerobics to be the perfect choice. I feel better, walk better and throughly enjoy the water classes. I attend these Monday thro7ght Friday without fail!

I love all of the water aerobics, the instructors, and the number of classes. I pay for my granddaughter’s membership. She enjoys all the time in the pool.
I love coming there working out meeting new friends I do pretty good for a guy with no toes and kidneys do not work I'm very grateful for the YMCA and I do what I can do thank you
Love you have an out door pool for summer months, you hav programs for kids and after school and you have the machines that you need a wrist ban for.
I would like it if more of the staff assist you if you are doing any machine or weights wrong
I love the group exercise classes and all of the wonderful instructors! They all do such a great job, and it is evident by the increased numbers in all of the classes! I attend at 9:30 Monday-Friday.
The only suggestions I have are:
More bottles of cleaning solution for the many participants.
Maybe another large fan.
Someplace to store all of the large exercise balls since they tend to roll around in class, since the wall mount was broken.
Keeps me active and meet many new friends.

I like the egym machines because they keep track of my progress. I enjoy the outdoor pool.

I enjoy attending the Y water class. It is fun and this class has helped me to be able to walk better after having 4 joints replaced. Name removed
I don't know much about either, I just go to lift. I need lots of work and nay need some direction.
I have not been involved in any of your programs or activities but the facility is clean and the staff has always been friendly. Theresa always welcomes you by your first name.
